Shipping policy
1. What are your shipping times and what methods do you use?
National Today currently provides 2 shipping methods, which are Standard Shipping and QuickShip.
Standard Shipping
For orders within the US, packages weighing under 1 lb (typically single units) will be shipped via USPS, whereas packages over 1 lb will be shipped via DHL. Shipment times can range from 2-7 business days depending on the end destination. However, delivery times may experience a slight extension, typically around 10 business days, during periods of high order volume for these carriers.
For orders outside the US, most packages are sent via DHL International. Shipping times vary from 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on the end destination. Specifically, for Canada and the UK, most shipments take around 2-3 weeks.
Please be aware that the carrier may occasionally be changed based on the conditions of the destination to ensure the quickest and most efficient delivery.
QuickShip
This service is applicable only for orders within the US and certain specified products. All orders use USPS or DHL Expedited Max. The shipping time for QuickShip is approximately 2-5 business days.

Examples of how you would be charged:
If you order 3 shirts, you pay $5.00 x 1 + $3.00 x 2 = $11.00. So, you pay $5.00 for the first item and $3.00 each for the other two items.
If you order 2 sweatshirts, you pay $8.00 x 1 + $4.00 x 1 = $12.00.
If you order 2 products from separate categories, you pay the first item cost of the higher category item plus the additional item cost of the second item. So if you order 1 shirt and 1 sweatshirt, you pay the first item cost of the higher tier item (Sweatshirt @ $8.00) plus the additional item cost of the second item (Shirt @ $3.00). So you pay $7.00 x 1 + $2.00 x 1 = $11.00.
